  1. Wow, man. I can’t even. I struggle with the notion that we all must face – it is only a matter of time that we are faced with some chronic or debilitating illness or condition that monumentally changes who we are and how we interact with the world around us. For me, I often gravitate towards losing my sight. I don’t know why. I guess in my mind, the thought of not being able to see trumps everything else imaginable. Holy cow. 2. So, I woke up this morning to find that you had done this amazingly generous and kind thing – I cannot thank you enough Tom! This truly makes my year and sends me into 2018 feeling encouraged, hopeful and strong. I am incredibly grateful and you are a brilliantly talented, witty, amazing, generous and kind person, who I am lucky to know. I can’t wait for all the amazing things that are coming for all of us in 2018!!!!
